I have 20 years experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry working in a variety of roles. Customer Service and Event Sales has been my bread and butter for many years with both areas requiring impeccable selling and organisational skills along with attention to detail.
The variety in these roles has provided me with a plethora of transferable skills, including but not limited to sales, planning, finance, and office management.
The main reason I have been successful is because I prioritise extremely well and ensure everything I do is completed to the highest standard.

EVENTS & TRAVEL
Event Sales - I can help manage your hotel or venue's inbox; leads and enquiries in the case of start ups or staff shortage - please message me for more information.
Event Planning (all events from company conferences to office parties) - Service includes: sourcing venues, planning bespoke events, booking dining, arranging transport, invitations and guest list management.
I am also able to offer onsite support on event days to host, provide admin or event manage subject to availability.
Searching for hotels, booking airfares and drawing up itineraries for leisure or business trips.
BUSINESS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Any admin or paperwork that you just can't clear and need help with.
Basic Social Media which includes engagement, responding to comments and messages and maintaining accounts.
Database building, data, entry and updates (e.g. financials, sales, contacts).
